Convert boolean cutter objects back to regular mesh objects with automatic cleanup and collection management.

Clean Cutter

Basic Usage

  1. Select cutter objects (wireframe display objects)
  2. Access via:
    • Right-click → Object Context Menu → bBlockout submenu -> Clean Cutter
    • Search Menu (F3) → “Clean Cutter”
  3. Objects are cleaned and restored:
    • Wireframe display removed
    • Rendering enabled
    • Moved to active collection
    • Flat shading applied
    • Parent relationships cleared

Features

Smart Duplication

When selected cutters are still being used by modifiers:

  • Displays warning dialog listing affected objects
  • Creates cleaned duplicates with “_cleaned” suffix
  • Preserves original cutters for continued use
  • Automatically selects the cleaned objects

Automatic Cleanup

  • Display Mode: Converts from wireframe to textured display
  • Rendering: Re-enables objects for rendering
  • Shading: Applies flat shading to all faces
  • Parenting: Clears parent relationships while maintaining position
  • Collection: Moves from “Cutters” collection to active collection
